I had sent a mobile phone using this stupid courier company called On Dot courier.The worst part, there service is never on dot, plus they steal the product inside the box and send empty one to the consignees.They stole a mobile phone, charger and earphone from the box and delivered just an empty box to the customer.Best part, they warned me before sending that if I send without insurance, there are chances of product getting stolen.That’s what exactly they did, purposely because I didn’t pay extra for courier insurance.
NEVER BELIEVE IN THESE THIEVES, THEY SHOULD BE BANNED, PUNISHED LEGALLY...
