A clear representation of an actual Indian girl

One Indian Girl is the ninth book of renowned Indian English writer Mr Chetan Bhagath. As like his early books this book also decorated with simple language that every reader loves. His views about the minds of teenage of India is awesome The hard work and dedication of the writer is appreciable. The book starts with the primary arrangements of a destination marriage. The heroine of this story herself is engaged in all the arrangements. This primary scene shows how a girl is good in organizing functions and all. Then the story goes through the early life of Ms Radhika Mehtha. On the wedding function she contacted with two of her ex boy friends. Two of them wanted her to elope with them. Her would be Mr Brijesh Gulati is a techie who works in Facebook. Radhika was working with Goldman Sachs, an investment bank. That helped her to earn much within a short period of time. Her early life in New York as well as in Hong Kong is described very well in this book. by reading the book, we feel like we are living in the busy streets of this high tech cities somewhere. The love, sex, misunderstandings, ego, fights, break ups are all went in a flow in readers mind. Each and every situations in this book gave us a feeling that we experience the same situation earlier also.


Ms Radika has to select a groom from 3 men out of which 2 are her ex boyfriends and the remaining one is her would be. But the final decision of her was really exclaimed all readers. With the first boy friend Mr Debu, she stated that a girl really needs care from her dear ones. if she is working and earning more than her partner then that should be a matter of proud, not a matter of shame. In the second case, she really getting care. but Mr Neel failed to give a consideration to her as a women. He instead thinks that she is a working girl and can never lead a life as a house wife. So at the end she describes the feelings of her. That but really stands the feeling of a real Indian women.
