This happens to be the third book of Chetan Bhagat. Chetan Bhagat is travelling from Kanpur to Delhi when he met this interesting girl who decided to narrate him a story only if he agrees to write it as his next book. And then the story begins.The protagonist of the novel in Shyam. The story is about 6 members of the call center in Delhi and the incidents that happened around them in a single night while they were on duty. The characters include Shyam, Radhika, Priyanka, Vroom, Esha and Military uncle. They were living a very happy life until the few incidents on that night unraveled some horrifying truths in front of them. Story revolves around a loyal wife getting to know about her husband’s love interest, another girl getting to know about her ex eavesdropping on her phone calls, an ambitious girl turned psychopath after revealing some dark secrets of her past career, the military man waiting badly to talk to his grandson, two guys knowing how they have been beaten by the boss’ wits and all these things happening simultaneously, after this they get into a car which met with an accident and as they lose hope they received a call from GOD.This book will surely give you the feel of the lives of the call center executives but addition of GOD’s character into the novel was quite illogical.Otherwise it’s an average book.
