1 2 3 - Upcoming Comic Caper on Screen

Comedy is always the best formulae for film making in Bollywood. Many bollywood stars has got their name & fame because of their comedy talent. We can recall Saif Ali of DCH or Akshay Kumar in Phir Herapheri, Ritesh Deshmukh and even Govinda with his cheap comedy, they all boosted their career only through comic and stupid roles. And also most of the comedy movies are successful as compared to other subjects.

Now the latest Bollywood buff ’One Two Three’ in this sequence is the directorial debut of writer turned director Ashwini Dheer, who has already proved his writing talent with famous comedy serial Office Office(starring Pankaj Kapoor and his comedy crew) for Sab TV for eight years. It is a common saying that "what is there in a name?" but what if chaos & confusion that simple name can create. One Two Three is full of such comedy sequences of three different men sharing a common name ’Laxminarayan’. The story of the movie unfolds when three persons with the same name - Laxminarayan, from different walks of life reach at the same place for their individual jobs meet in a hotel and their lives intertwine which results in loads of madness and comedy.

*Lakshmi Narayan #1 - Tushar Kapoor

*He has the ability to entertain us being a dumb & deaf but in this movie he is perfectly alright. In the story he belongs to a khandani mafia family and his mother prays that he will be settled for life after few murders. After bitching up badly in his early attempts, he has got a final chance to redeem himself as a Bhai. He comes to hotel Blue Diamond after taking supari to kill the Don named Papa(Mukesh Tiwari). He desperately needs to prove his killer instincts this time and as this is the last chance to kill, but he ends up becoming the victim of love.

Lakshmi Narayan #2 - Sunil Shetty

The so-called Macho-Man of Bollywood started his career as an action hero, but slowly tilted to comedy, he is playing the role of another Lakshmi Narayan. He is a nice person who takes pride in being accurate and detailed, doing anything to please his boss, including bearding a Don in his den.  He is an MBA from Darjeeling and lives his professional life by following two simple rules -

1) The boss is always right.

2) If the boss is wrong, follow rule number 1.

*Lakshmi Narayan #3 - Paresh Rawal

The actor who redifined comedy, yes our very own **Babu Bhaiya playing the role of third Laxminarayan in the movie, he was basically a hawker who has made enormous money selling underwear on footpath that he has set up a lingerie factory for his son who sends him to the same Hotel to collect lingerie samples from upcoming designer Jiya(Esha Deol). All the ladies of Delhi will vouch for his uncanny eye - Just one look and be can gauge your innermost measurements. But then he comes across Laila who refuses to show him what he wants and blackmails him instead!

Other important characters played by Esha Deol (Jiya), Sameera Reddy(Laila), Neetu Chandra(Mayavati Chautala) and Upen Patel & Tanisha Mukherjee(Chandu & Chandni).

*Story in Brief:

*Diamonds worth rupees 10 crores are stolen from underworld Don, Papa and accidentally fall in the hands of Chandu and Chandni, who quickly hide them in a car. Papa and his gangmen are desperately hunting for the diamonds while hot headed police officer Mayavati Chautala is on the prowl looking for offenders of any kind. The three Laxmi Narayans are at the same place at the same time waiting for messages at the hotel reception desk and getting letter & photographs meant for the other. Its all a case of not one mistaken identity but three and a crazy bunch of people doing the wrong things for the right reason.

We can enjoy this comedy movie in the coming weekend and refresh ourself for next week.
