I booked a cab for morning and travelling from Vadodara to Indore with family. The cab was booked online 3 days prior to the travel and was confrmed with executive on call 2 days prior to travel. but on the travel date the driver was unassigned to show that they had contacted the driver. They haven’t picked my call when contacted and when I reached the executive through some other number which is not registered they asked to cancel the ride as they are not able to book the driver.
now I am left with no option other than to cancel my trip. this is mental torture and harassment to me and my family as we are looking fwd to visit our aging family member.
This kind of service is not reliable.
