Had booked my taxi from Mumbai airport to Pune at 12.30 am and the taxi had a break down in an hours time..we tried contacting the company and there was no help at all ..we had to keep calling n whole night they kept saying they are trying to arrange one...it was night time in middle of nowhere there was no help around.. somehow we managed to take help from others n reach home...yet no response from their end... very poor backup service..
