I had booked a cab on 9th Aug 2015 with these guys from Mumbai Airport to Pune. I was given a billing confirmation of Rs.1799 for an Indica Vista. But they sent me a Honda City where I had to pay Rs.2300. The journey was fine. My booking id no was - 8492.
But I asked them for an invoice where I would need to claim my reimbursement, they are denying this that I paid them Rs. 2300. They are yet sending me the same Rs. 1799+ Rs. 400 Toll Tax Bill. Now I paid Rs. 2300+ Toll Tax.
I am attaching a screenshot with all the details for the proof. The driver didnt even inform me that I dont have to pay the toll tax if I am giving him 2300. And in the end at 3:00 am he said he doesnt have change so paid him Rs. 2500.
Well they clearly denied the costing. I dont want refund. But atleast you can give me the invoice. Now if someone says that the number on the screenshot doesnt belong to them, I also have the call recording of the Driver with whom I have spoken.
This is a gross error on the part of your company. Not appreciated. And then when I told them that I will post this to Social Media - Their reply was - Jaa Bhai Jo Karna Hain Kar. When the customer is genuine you should not try to do such things.
