Paytm is a BIG FRAUD. Never use their services. And most important customer care of Paytm is worst. Don’t expect any kind of support from customer care if you are in trouble like by mistake you have place order and you want it refund. They will never provide you.even though if it is mentioned in terms and conditions that you are eligible for refund . But the people sitting over their at customer care will give you false info and will denied for refund. So it’s request to everyone one never use Paytm it’s not good and guyes we have good shopping websites like Amazon, Flipkart or Snapdeal etc you can go with this sites but not with Paytm
