No claim settlement

I want to share my experience with them.I bought mobile insurance from them for 2 continuous years.My ph. screen broke down and in the second year I raised a claim on 7/9/2018.First I had to make them a call and its a long call, then they ask you to log in through computer and fill form, write description, upload photos and documents.After that they will not send you update you have to call them and ask.Then after 4, 5days they called me and said your claim is rejected as per policies.The reason they gave was that your sister was using ph. and we do not consider sister as blood relation but when I raised a request for claim they told all your blood relations are covered and you will get a claim.And after you file a claim they reject and you can never file claim for same breakage ever in life.They do not provide service, No claims just take your money.Do not buy from them.
