I have one-assist policy for one of my red-mi mobile . It got damaged on 23rd June and raised a complaint on 24th June, till date they have not picked up my mobile. Dont know when they will provide my mobile back to me. This is very frustrating to me and I would suggest do no buy any one-assist policy. Service is very poor and not responding properly.
When we buy product, they will say all positives and in real time it is not worth of buying this policy.
Can any one help me to file a case against one-assist in consume court.
Even I feel one star is waste, but no option less than that.
