I had damaged my IPhone5 on December 2716 and had called their customer service for the first time hoping a resolution to my issue, for the insurance I bought from them UNFORTUNATELY-at least in a months time.
Its been over three months now and these guys arewell trained- not in solving customer queries but in being clueless every time you call, being disoriented, no adhering to their own process, the most horrible service providers and last but not the least not sticking to the dates confirmed by them.
Its been a relentless follow up from me everyday, but its annoying to see not an inch movement in my case.
Even today when I called the lady who picked up, has no idea as to what is up with my case!
Initially the case without my consent moved up to device picked up stage and then closed. After continuous follow up got opened again and picked my mobile on February 20. After that after continuous follow ups they wonder if my device was picked up and ask for proof on 21 march, even after I send it on the same day. no response till date.
Its rediculous and annoying service from this company
