On 19th March 2019 I bought a home assist plan for 3 gadgets (Air conditioner, Refrigerator and washing machine).
On 25-April the fridge developedand some problem and cooling was refuced. I raised issue on their app. Their technician visited after 2 days and did something and the fridge stopped working completely. He visited the next day with spares but they were all wrong spares. After I made lot of noise they arranged technician from the brand and it was finally repaired on 1st May.
The fridge stopped working again on 12th May evening and issue was raised on 13th May morning. They arranged technician from brand who visited after some 3/4 days and said the fridge can not be repaired but sone modification is pissible. He also informed me that after the modification the fridge will work with some inherent problems. This was informed to One Assist and the technical ream informed that the issue has been referred to their Insurance team.
After waiting for quite a fee days they informed me on 24tj May that they will go with the suggested modification. My fridge has still not been repaired.
My concern is-
They claim that their technician will visit within 6 hours of registering the but it never happened.
They say it is 100% cashless but I was advised to pay the technician from the bran and which they promised to reombursewhich I refused.
They say they have brand approved technicians but my experience says their technicians do not know anything.
They guarantee resolution within 10 days or replacement.
Now I want a replacement or the value because my problem was not resolved within 10 days. It was first raised on 25th April and the problem was still there after a month. Even if I do not take it from 25th. April, I raised it for the second time on 13th May and I was informed on 24th May that the want to go ahead with the repair and this too was well beyond 10 days guarantee.
Now they are just avoiding my calls.
It is very obvious that they are all lies in this company and the company itself is a fraud and is involved in cheating the prospective customers. They are not interested in repairing .at all.
