Very poor service. They do not have any qualified technitions. They prove our no to Local service providers. Also they close the booking on their own and send fake message stating no was not reachable. Some times Local service providers contact and enquire on unrelated equipment need to be serviced. I don’t recommend One assist rather directly get it serviced thru Brand service center.
