I am not happy with them, they aren’t cleared with their T&C when it comes to pay the renewal amount of the mobile insurance. I would say they are running scam business because they just wanted money no service they don’t wanted to pay.


As my issue was very clear that I was at my home and phone has fallen from the balcony and the iPhone’s screen get damaged from the front side or screen broken.


What a reply I got: Handset damaged by not an immediate family member (customers brother).


Please note when the time of purchasing the policy they clearly mentioned that the device is covered into any condition liquid damage or theft damage. Also I understand the terms like blood relation or same blood group. Then what is “immediate members” ?


Please guys don’t go on their false promises.
