This company should be banned and its licence should be cancelled.
I got a call from a person from this one assist and they explained all the features. Then they hung up. They didnt ask for whether I want this plan or not. Neither I said that I want this plan. After 2 days I got a msg saying that I will recieve one assist kit in 10 days and 1899 will be charged. I contacted my bank which is icici and they said that no kit will be delivered to u. After few days I got the kit and 1899 was deducted from my account. I have written this to icici also saying that on whos permission they have deducted the amount from my account. But I have not got the reply as of now. I have written to customer care of one assjst, but reply is still awaited.
How can a bank deduct amont with the customers approval?
Really, govt should ban such companies.
