Product Not Delivered for 22 days and counting...

I had placed and order with onebazaar.com on 27th January 2012. assured that I will be getting my product by 6-7 days max i’m still waiting for it to be delivered. I tried to contact their call center but no one picks up the call, and when it is finally answered I am assured it will be delivered in 2-3 days. Below is the transcript of my emails to their staff.

The last time I called up your Helpline I was told the product is shipped and I will receive it in 2-3 days. Why the sudden change?

We have shipped the product by Quantium, but as they failed to deliver it to you, we will send it through another courier service which will take 2 - 3 business days.

Could you please tell me the Courier ID so I can track it at my end?


Notice the different replies from the staff. I have since not received any replies and as I write this I have not yet received the product.
