They courted us graciously when they wanted our servce but when we decided that the service no longer fit our business structure they were difficult, rude, and inconsiderate. They behaved like they thought we were speaking Chinese. We had to talk to four different people and we had to say the same things over and over again. The woman in billing especially seemed untrained and unaware of what to do. Their general behavior seemed to indicate that we were doing something wrong, and they could not understand why we were doing it, much less be bothered with helping us with our request.
Also, when we wanted them to release our 800# from their system, an 800# that we have owned for some fifteen years or so, they charged us $50. No mention was made of that upfront, believe me.
My final memory: I would never ever recommend them to anybody, and would never do business with them again.
