Today I want to giving review regarding onepay-recharge and pay bill. Today I telling my personal experience regarding this app.It is one of the worst application that it cause me to loss 1500 rupees. Actually I come across to know about onepay-recharge by ad on internet with promocode.I install this application then I sign up in it.Then there is offer display in application recharge your wallet with 500 and above you will get 200 rupees refund in your account . I recharge my onepay wallet with 1200 rupees with my sbi debit card and putting the promo code. But that 200 rupees neither come in my wallet. There is always hanging problem in wallet.Layout and design is not well established.One day there is offer by my airtel telecom operator recharge 400 rupees get the 400 data+120 rupees talktime and I recharge it through my wallet and amount is debited in my account there is pop message comes it will be recharged within 1 hour otherwise it will be auto created in wallet automatically but when it is not come in my onepay wallet then I contact to my telecom operator they said we are not getting any amount please contact you wallet customer care then I contact one pay customer care they executive tell me your amount is credited in your wallet with 3 to 5 working days as we have collaboration.Dont worry sir’why I don’t worry obviously it is my hard money when amount is not coming in my wallet then they raise my complaint and reply complaint resolve within 10 day and tell me procedure how to check my complaint status by sms or website.But when after TAT is complete as they given to me I call their executive and tell complaint time is over but amount is not refund executive provides me unnecessary information I am telling him escalate call to your senior supervisor supervisor come and don’t satisfy regarding my complaint status and disconnect my call.The application speed is very worst as if you doesn’t good data connection.Finally one word totally recommendable . They are cheater, fraud Never install it is your hard money.
