Its a Chinese phone with no replacement guarantee. I got invite from amazon.in and placed order on 7/12/2014. Received phone on Wednesday. Amazon packing was not good looked like someone peeped inside, phone was working fine.
Next day I observed that there was a gap between rear camera and panel so called to one plus one customer service and they replied that we will change your camera.
It was weird reply I said phone and camera was okay no problem with camera everything was working fine.
I said that that it might be manufacturing defect or finishing is not done properly so I need replacement with new phone and the answer was no replacement.
If you want we will replace camera. so after spending 22K on a Chinese phone and no exchange for the product(which was hyped all over world) I returned it back and asked for refund.
I request every INDIAN not to buy this Chinese phone as their customer service is not good and you never know what will happen after 6 month or 1 yr.
Please never ever buy this phone. Go for the brand value. Samsung, Apple, HTC, etc,
