This is very irritating. I am tired of repeating the story. So finally Ive made my mind by writing and describing the issues. I have been shopping with amazon from long. I must have ordered products more than a lakh by one. I havent shopped there since I noticed the issue with the one plus one that I ordered. The phone was working smooth for about two months suddenly there was an issue with the touch screen.
Later the phone started lagging.I somehow managed but when things went off my head I contacted amazon.in and requested to fix this. The customer service chap connected me to some other service guy named Joy. He then asked me to contact one plus one service centre on 022-40510231. I must have called them 30 times in 48 hours. The number is either busy, congestion . I again called the amazon customer care. They now were surprised that I should have been given a different number. So now I called 01204970940 here I speak to a lazy female who was sounding as if she just got up from bed. When explained about the issue asked me to visit the service centre. I was so pissed how do expect someone to go round and round to get a bloody phone working. I just need my money and I dont want a repair or replacement for this product. if this is not fixed Ill be taking legal actions. I have recorded all the conversations till date and will be using it as a proof further. Kindly fix this asap.
