I bought oneplus one mobile 2 months back and since last 20 days it is with service center only due to hardware issue in the mobile which the so called flagship USP of this mobile. and since last 20 days I am only suffering because nobody cares about you after the purchase. Customer cate people makes fake commitments and service center of the oneplus one mobile pathetic in Pune.
I met so many people at service center those were suffering with the problems in newly bought mobile phones.
I would recommend don’t buy this mobile phone. This is a WORST MOBILE PHONE I HAVE EVER USED.
