My friend used this phone for 6 months and felt happy about this great device but one day while the phone was charging, he hear a boom sound and to his surprise the phone had blasted luckily he wasn’t holding the phone and didn’t cause any serious issues.The service center denied the replacement but it’s not the matter of replacement, it’s a matter of reliability.Luckily no damage has occurred.
