Shady Products & Shoddy Service. Here is my ordeal with a Company which aspires to compete with Apple but doesnt have standards neither customer service to even reach near them. #OnePlus Z headsets that we purchased last year from Amazon India in Aug21. The product initial 2 months worked fine then had problems in connectivity & Battery issues, it was replaced after 10 days however again the product of OnePlus failed and had to be referred to Service Center in Ahmedabad again. The Service Center person Mr. Kapil informed that since the product has been discontinued it will be replaced with newer version. To which we offered to pay the difference amount. however to our surprise we were given Inferior Nord Buds 2 against the original product to which we protested and raised a service Request with OnePlus( which by the way doesnt have any customer care email address and opreated on only Bot Chat and confusing Toll Free Number) Service Request # 220730-004594. They insist on me accepting the Nord Buds 2 again without disclosing any name except Ms. Padmini( who sounded helpless poor soul) the chat agent. They have asked me to invest time and fuel again after 2 visits to service center for resolution which they wont provide. My personal and clear advise to all friends and family #OnePlus is a waste of money and frankly its aspirations are just a disguise to cheat its customers with inferior products with well designed ad campaigns and offers. #SastaKabhiNaAchha .
