The flagship killer of 2016? Is it really what it claims?
Whats up guys, I am Harshit Beniwal from QTV.
Today lets talk about the much hyped phone of 2015, which claims the position of the best phone with just half the price of all other flagships. Available at 24, 999 INR, for 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage, this surely is a killer phone but not a flagship killer phone! I was very excited for this phone to be launched as the #HYPE it created was too damn high. But it did not live up to its expectation. Now this does not mean in any way that it is not a nice phone. It is well priced, competitive phone with specs that other flagships boast, but it still lags behind in some departments such as no NFC( not much usable in indian market, but still) not a good optimised software( even though I love its software for many customizations and pure Android experience, it still lags and hangs a lot) poor fingerprint sensor( in my review unit, it got defected within a couple of months) and no fast charging support( but it has thefuture-proof USB-C, which is a plus point)
So now that I have shown a lot dislike for this phone, what are other alternative for this phone you may ask. The answer us none, except the Micromax YU Yutopia( which gives a somewhat similar, but untested phone at the same price, review coming soon) but if u had 25k bucks, or say even 30k, my choice would still be the Oneplus Two for its good processor, nice screen and great battery life, oh yeah and the Sandstone back that I absolutely love. It is over all a good phone, with amazing specs available at a mid-range pricing. In short, WORTH IT!
But it is NOT even the flagship killer of 2015( that is the Samsungs range of flagship phones and the Google Nexus 6P, they are at par right now when compared to the Oneplus Two) and lets not talk about them saying it is the flagship killer of2016. Yes, I repeat, 2016.
Over all the best phone under 30, 000 INR.
