Please someone convey to oneplus company that a customer not only want good design and awesome specs in a phone, but always wants good after sales service.
And they failed in that. Your company is not different then others if you give instructions to service centers to change mother board on every simple issue in phone like Power IC failure.
Like other mobile companies, your’s is robbing customers too.
