The worst product & service

I have this mobile in Nov.16. Within three months it started getting hot. In 8-9 months its charging slowed down. Recently the charging stopped & restarted. Its service center in Pune asked me to change charger cable, which is not available with the store nor its available in market. One has to buy ON LINE ONLY. NOw the phone remains down for minimum three days. Is it the service given by the company for such an expensive phone? The touch screen functioning is also erratic.
