In July when servify returned my phone back after the repair ( which almost took 45 days to get repaired) Servify swapped my 3t handset with someone else one plus 3 and gave me back someone else phone. I realized this on 12th August and it’s been almost a month now and I still don’t have my phone. In fact they took one plus 3 also from me with the promise that they will return my handset in 4-5 days. Moreover the service is really bad, professional and Mannerism doesn’t exist. My SPOC at servify is a guy called Marshal who is always looking for excuses to give. I have been chasing him for 30 days now and he is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. This is unfair. Give me my phone back
