Here I am again sharing my personal experience with the new Flagship killer Oneplus 3T. As I already have Oneplus 3, 3 month old. One pf my friend order the latest product from the pocket of Oneplus. Firstly I thought I might missed the new technology I mean to say Snapdragon 821. So now after using that Oneplus 3T after few weeks I came to this conclusion which I am sharing with you all.
Network Coverage -
In the new Oneplus 3T the network connectivity is like the last oneplus 3. There is no issues with connectivity in my point of view. If you go to the functionality there might be increase in the processor as we all know oneplus 3 used Snapdragon 820 which is best in its class, but in oneplus 3T its marginal improvement and we see Snapdragon 821. This does not mean that it is much faster than the old one. A normal user like me never find out any difference in both the chip set. The difference is just in pen and paper and in specification.
Customer Service -
The most important thing after buying a phone is customer service. As we know oneplus is just 3 year old company and work in a small scale than other big giants like Samsung, Apple, Lenovo etc. But the quality they provide in surprisingly lowest price is amazing. the hardware as well as software are up to date and best in its class. Also I mention there is no problem for the users of Metro cities as they find the service center easily. But the main problem is for small cities users. As the company is new we cant not fins its service centers in all states of India. But till I said you don’t need service center soon as the product is top in line.
Charges and Billing -
Finally if you need service the main point is the cost of the spares. As we seen in past Oneplus provide online price for all spare parts list of Oneplus 2 which is amazing in point of a customer. But I am disappoint now with the new model Omeplus 3 or 3T because the company does not show any spare parts price list till now. I see many user review who facing monopoly and charges willfully. This is really disappointing for a customer. I know Oneplus is new company but they have to give services if they want to survive in the competitive market.
Verdict -
In my final stage my verdict is that if you have Oneplus 3 than there is nothing special to go for Oneplus 3T for marginal improvement, which does not mean in real life. The processor is little improve and battery section in improved 400 mah. I must say if you want buy a Flagship phone go for oneplus 3 blindly.
