One Plus 5 Pros and Cons

Pros

  1. Front of the device is very similar to the oneplus3t the design of oneplus wan’t changed very much it still has a 5.5 inch screen but the one thing which better that the weight have been reduced with 5.5 inch screen it certainly feels light

it looks like iphone design as they have sleekly curved it very easy to hold

  1. screen quality it comes with AMOLED 1080p screen Nothing much different than oneplus3t but the screen works great under direct sunlight NO issues regarding the screen quality.

  2. fingerprint scanner is the fastest available in the market Now a days it is very responsive and works perfectly

  3. it comes with the dual sim but it does not have any sd card slot 64GB variant gives you about 52GB of space

  4. Call quality is very good tested with reliance 4G and airtel cellular in terms of call quality it does very well

  5. it comes with the single speaker but it very loud enough but sadly its doesn’t have stereo and placement of the speaker is down the phone which blocks it when playing games! but the speaker is very loud and clear in quality

  6. it comes with the 3.5MM headphone jack and quality is better than oneplus3T and audio qualty from the headphones and very good

  7. the performance of the phone was very good as it comes with the latest flagship processor which is snapdragon 835 which is the best that qualcomm offers as that now . in terms perfomance I have no issues and with 6 GB of RAM it gives the killer performance and there is no issue regarding RAM managment you don’t have to worry about RAM management it has no problem at all NO lags at all

  8. It has the dual camera setup the main camera is the 16MP and the telephone lens is 20MP and the camera quality is insane it performs very good under low lighting and the camera is the thing which makes it different from oneplus3T

2X zoom is very good feature offered but it doesn’t have optical image stabilizer it applies electronic image stabilizer which also performs good while shooting videos in 1080p even with the front facing camera . but if you go 4k EIS doesn’t perform well

  1. No heating issue was detected in heavy and normal usage even with mobile data unlike the oneplus3T

even with the heavy gamings it does not heat up the maximum temperature it took is 41 degree the good thing is that the the handset does not heat up

  1. battery it comes with the 3300 Mah battery which 100Mah less than oneplus3T and dthe battery life is OKAY if you are a normal user but if you are a heavy user you have to charge it 2times a day

but the battery life is slightly better than the oneplus3T but this one has a dash charging support and it works very well it gives 20% to 45% in just 25 min CONS

  1. the oneplus 5 does have the optical image stabilization that really shows when you are shooting 4K videos

and in extremely low lighting conditions it does do very well which I think because lack optical image stabilization

  1. auto brightness sensor performs well in direct sunlight conditions but it is little wonky in artificial lighting and you have to manually adjust the brightness

  2. and comes at the price the oneplus are increasing price with every generation but as of now at this price this is the best smartphone in india

but overall the phone is better:)
