Hello Guys, welcome back and today I have my take on One Plus 6 so, let’s start -
DESIGN AND BUILD QUALITY -
Talking about design, the phone now comes with glass both at the front and the back and there is a fingerprint reader at the back though the back is glass but it still does not have support for wireless charging. Also, the bezels are very minimal with notch at the top and chin at the bottom of the phone and the back glass of the phone is carved to the meet the side bezel of the phone and also providing grip.
Now talking about build quality, it is upto the mark and matches with One plus standards.
SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE -
first let’s talk about software so, it comes oxygen OS 5.1.1 on the top of Android 8.1 Oreo and also Oxygen OS is very similar to stock android so, no laginess or stutter since, OS is very optimized.
Now talking about the hardware, it comes with all flagship grade hardware - Snapdragon 845
Adreno 630 GPU coupled with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and comes with three storage options 64, 128 or 256GB.
Overall, the combination between hardware and software is just perfect and no lagging or slow down and extra features with Oxygen OS.
CAMERA and DISPLAY -
It comes with 6 amoled display which has fullHD+ resolution 1080×2136 and also the display is sharp and blacks are even quite good.No problem in sunlight.
It has a dual rear camera setup at the back which are 16mp primary sensor with f1.7 aperture and also the telephoto lens comes with f1.7 aperture which is a 20mp and comes with a dual tone led flash. Pictures come out to be sharp, saturated and colours are upto the mark but sometimes the pictures are oversaturated and also it cannot match with the low light performance of Pixel/Pixel 2 and s9/s9+ . Potrait photos are good only in daylight and not that good in night.
Front camera is an 8mp sensor and clicks some nice potrait selfies but potrait is not useful in low light but picture have good details in them.
Also, speaker is a single unit and honestly is not that great but ok for bormal usage when compared to its rivals which comes with dual speaker units.
One plus have to improve its network and customer service in India because that’s one thing that has always been a concern for OnePlus users.

So, one plus 6 may not be flagship killer but it rightly deserves that it is ’ A phone with speed you need.’
