Hi ,


First problem was that the phone took 28 days to arrive while it was quoted on their website as ships immediately


While waiting for my phone they weren’t even able to provide a tracking number. Seriously, they didn’t include one and 3 different employees weren’t able to provide it to me.


So after not getting any support and waiting for a month my phone finally arrived - and didn’t even turn on. DOA. Just dead.


So I opened up a support ticket again and requested a return label + refund. After 7 days my ticket was just closed without providing me a return label. I issued another and after waiting another 2 days I finally was able to send my device back to them.


But it keeps getting better and better, tracking showed that it arrived 3 days after I’ve sent it back. 9 days later I opened another ticket because I haven’t heard anything at all. Next day I got a reply, my device was water damaged and they won’t accept the return.


WATERDAMAGED? I’ve just opened it, tried to turn it on and that’s it.


Now they even wanted to charge me for sending the dead phone back to me. So I pay for NOTHING?


After discussing the issue further with different service agents, they actually told me that this is their last answer and I won’t get any further replies.


At the end the only reason I got my money back was PayPal.
