It’s just today I came to know about this software, their website is impressive and looks totally professional. I had a chat with them on whatsapp and all was good. I asked for demo and they said we take 2000 rs as security so that I don’t misuse their software, I paid to them and got their link and my account to use it. The trail was only for 12 hours. That’s ok.
I used it on a mobile, I was facing some issue so I made a call to support team. They don’t know how to talk. I was thinking if I dialed a wrong number, he was talking like an illiterate person. He asked me to try the software on another phone because my phone was 4.2 android so he suggested to check on android above 4.3. He gave command from there and deleted the app from my phone. In the evening I installed the app on another device. Then I tried to login on online portal to check then it showed that my username exists. I sent a message to them on whatsapp, he asked me when u login, I said in the afternoon and before I type my second line( I wanted to say that I logged in in afternoon on another device and now I’m testing on another device) he just started saying - Don’t lie.(Do any company person talk like this!). I was still typing to complete my sentences, I erased it and said I don’t lie, first listen to me. Then he asked me to call. I made a call to him. He didn’t let me speak even a single word, he was taking like a police man to make me accept my mistake and say Yes I lied. He was literally shouting on me and saying I lied and he has all the records that I loggin on a device in afternoon and now I changed the device. I said this is what I wanted to say but u didn’t listen. He was still shouting. I asked him to talk politely but no, he was talking like a mad man. I finally disconnected the call.
Now they have my 2000 rupees which they are not returning obviously because they are fraud, they still have track on that phone which I think I’ll have to sale out because even factory reset don’t delete the app. And they also sent some command and I lost everything on my phone. So finally it was a bad day for me and I had loss of 2000 rupees+ sale our phone depreciation.
Dont try their software even for trial. You will regret.
