I had never heard of Onesuite until looking for cost-cutting phone providers a few months back. Theres a lot written about the company, some good and some bad, but I will have to give them my endorsement because of a feature they added pretty recently -- international access numbers.
At first, I thought OneSuite was all right for just a home phone plan. I got decent long distance rates and a decent connection. Didnt think too much of it. The first time I traveled outside the U.S. (about four years ago), I was stoked to take advantage of the low price but was very disappointed to discover that their coverage extended only for people making calls internationally from the U.S. I had to add international calls to my cell phone. It meant fewer souvenirs for everyone.
Then from their web page, I found out OneSuite was finally offering international access numbers in a long list of nations, including Spain where I last traveled. It was much easier on the checkbook to use OneSuite this time around. While the reception on the hotel phone was not crystal clear, I wasnt expecting it to be so given that I was in a different place. So thanks OneSuite for listening to your customers wishes. And no long outages, all right?
