Guys ongo wallet offering 10% cash back in their wallet for adding money.
I added 500rs and I got only 50rs promotional balance in my wallet, I made a compliant to them through mail and call. After four days I got my 500rs in my wallet and now my wallet money is 550rs.
When I’m trying use wallet virtual master card, they are cheating us with not providing cvv number.
So I decided to do bank transfer, for bank transfer they charging 4% commission. Actually my friends my back transfer and they didn’t got their money in bank even after 8 days gone.
Myself also made bank transfer since no other option, now they are not transfering our money to bank.
The worst customer service I ever saw in my life.
Never ever try this app guys.
