I had purchased Onida Microwave Oven 20L through Flipkart on in june 2015 with one year warrenty. On march 2016 so I complaint about Microwave( Heating Problem) to Onida Customer care center and after few days one onida representative visit my house and checked it. That person told some spares have to change and he will come after 2 to 3 days. After that I have called lots of time to Onida Customer Care Center and they told me my complain is showing pending. Now 2 month is over & none of the service person came to repair the Microwave Oven as on date.
They are providing bad service to their customers. I will not recommend anyone tp buy any of the onida products.
