I bought my Onida 21 on june 2006 just to watch world cup, and I got more than worth of the money I spend on it. Initially, I would start with the service, it was too bad, the remote was not working properly and it took me three days to replace it one.But overall , the picture quality and the sound reception is well good, far better than videocon 29G that my family uses.
Its been two years , yet I havent face any problems other than mandatory servicing. Sound reception is too awesome, when I used with my philips dvd player , its almost perfect. I would recommend for single users like me who works outside your home town, since you dont have to worry about maintenance, and by the way my Onida 21 has four years free service maintenance.
So, no hassle to spend your hard earned money over maintenance. And besides TV, if your DVD player supports USB, you can have a dekho of your pictures or videos that you have uploaded on your pendrive.
