Underline textI recently brought Onida ultra slim 21" TV without researching much(my bad). The day I started TV, come to know it had lots design as well sounds problems, Here is lists of them,
When you power on the TV it takes nearly 15-20 sec to display the picture
When you change the channel, they is irritating sound like tuk, tuk.. even if you mute the sound
Channel change will take nearly 3 sec, clearly noticable
One of the AV cable socket(at the back), so low that, you can not insert DVD player AV cable to it
More interesting problem and really irritaing sound like tuk, tuk randomly heard, when you even switch off the power button(TV power cord connected to electric socket).
I called up Onida service center couple of times and sincere follow up, one service guy came, he accepted all the problem, he told , these are common problems in all Onida TV’s, what the hell. He check some things, could not fix single problem. He told he will send senior person, later on I called service center couple of times, no one turned up.
I decided, I will never buy any onida products in my life now on and suggests others not to buy one.
