I am facing many problems with this TV with in three months from the date of purchase. The model is onida oxygen 29". I bought this tv because I thought that it is good in terms of quality and product service. What happen with me is that I had purchased the TV under EXTENDED Warranty Scheme. I dont know that there is some extra card comes with that for extended warranty because my reatiler had written in the warranty card that is at the back of the manual 1+2 year extended warranty . But I came into light when one of the service engineer came and told you have to show the extended warranty card. Just after that I had asked from my retailer that there is some card came with that at that time. He told me nothing came from the dealer. So, What I have to think my TV is in extended warranty or The DEALER is telling lie to the retailer. I had purchased that TV according to extended warranty but I was completely mesh up between the retailer and dealer. What should I have to do? I have to think this type of service I am expecting from onida dealer or I have to suffer loss. So guys be prepared before buying this televisions. You will be in problem with in 3 months.
