If anyone is planning to buy onida 29 oxygen then dont.In the same price range u could get PHILIPS
29 which is far more better.The onida tv may offer more ’features’ but its far inferior to other brands.
First of all the picture quality is really poor.If its a dark scene the image looks so poor and washed out and bright scenes are a bit too bright.In fact the only acceptable thing is its sound quality
Now the biggest problem with the tv is that if u have a DVD player or devices like
the playstation2 u wil not be able to use it becoz as soon as u plug it into the tv a
bid dark really ugly black band appears in the middle of the T.V.When I phoned
customer service those guys just told that it was a common defect and cannot be rectified.
So if ur planning to buy a tv go for SONY or some other brand.
