I purchased an Onida 50-inch TV just one year ago. After only 1 year and 10 days, lines appeared on the screen. When I contacted service, they charged ₹;720 as service charge and also demanded ₹;1500 as transport charges. This is very unfair because the TV is still under warranty, and such defects clearly show poor product quality. Why should a customer pay extra for their manufacturing defect?
Extremely disappointed with Onida. I will never recommend this brand to anyone.
