Before purchasing I wish I had read the reviews on mouthshut.com.
I had purchased an Onida Microwave Oven "POWER GRILL 20 BLACK" Model No:MO20GJP11B in December 2009. In February this year, while cleaning the oven, the small wafer-thin mica-sheet placed inside the oven broke into two pieces as the cloth got stuck to it. I placed an order over the telephone around 20th February at the Panjim service centre.
Within two weeks the mica sheet that was ordered from Pune arrived but it did not match the piece of my Model. It was re-ordered along with the scanned photo of my broken sheet. Until today this piece has not arrived and the oven is lying idle despite repeated reminders over telephone.
Prospective buyers, think twice before buying Onida products .
