Quality is "best" but servicing is "worst

I purchased an onida air conditioner 8 months ago.my bad luck evan it didn’t had 1st servicing also. I gave them complaints many times but no one bothered about my complaint. But i was luck in one way that no other company ac were working as good as my ac. This is my guaranty.


I suggest the people who buy onida ac please ask the seller that if they get any problem how many days they took to solve it. Then you choose the item. We had a right put a case in consumer court. If they delay my work i’ll do it. Because they are playing with my patience.


They should understand the problem & solve it. If i say the product is good 10 people will come to buy it. If i say the product is bad even 1 person will not come to take. That’s a customer.


So finally i need to say one this "a customer is important to a company. But a company is not important to a customer" because companies are many at a time but customer is one at the time.
