We bought this AC 4 years ago. I am writing this review after 4 years of normal usage of this split AC. This is not the worst as well as best AC.
But an average AC with average performance. We bought this for 25, 000rs from a local dealer in Chennai. The service centre people came to my home and fixed it. I would not say they are very friendly. I asked them to install AC at a particular point. But they fixed it at a different point where it is comfortable for them to work. Totally unsatisfied with them.
Regarding the AC, it loses its gas every one year. We have to spend at least 1000 rs to fix it every year. But I think this is normal as we have to spend something for the maintenance of our appliance. Apart from this, the operation of the AC is quiet normal and does not give any trouble frequently. The design of the indoor unit is boring. The noise during the operation is acceptable. Also it is easy to open the lid and clean the filters.
Remote is quite good and easily operatable. The only drawback is there is no screen illumination in the remote. You cant see what is there in the screen in darkness.Apart from this, the AC is working good till now.
