Once I brought a ONIDA split AC 1.5 Ton. I spent 1700 Rs. in that installation. I saw next day, AC was not cooling. I called dealer, he said call the ONIDA Customer Service. I called, the executive noted my complaint, after 2 days mechanic come and check the AC. He told, compressor in the outer unit of AC is defected, I will change it after 5 days. But till 6 days nobody come, then 7th day I call again to customer service, the call executive told your AC’s compressor has not changed please wait 2 day. I called again 3rd day, he told same things.They waste 1 month to repair my AC.
Friends ONIDA AC may be good. But Onida Customer Service does not.
I will newer buy Anything of ONIDA Brand.
