I wouldgive 5 star for cooling, good air throw, quite operation. Cost effectiveness, looks, features and long life. We are using it for the last 12 years. Service of a particular dealer would have earned it a bad name. FYI we are also using Blue star, Daikin, Panasonic because we have a call centre. Onida is cheap and best ??
