I bought an Onida ac 1.5 ton a years ago. After few months I gave the AMC contract to the co.dealer. According to the agreement, each and every component was covered for warrante or replacement without any expenditure, cost. But now since last 5 months company and dealers are not repairing the ac and say that you may return the ac to company and get 30% discount on new model which ever I purchase. But the Max retail price is too than customer cash price.
That means on my old ac I am getting only Rs. 2, 500/- according to me buying an ONIDA AC is waste of money. There is no after sales sevice.i would say that company THE ONIDA company is makinf such good ac than they should provide more convinient technical detail aur knowledge to them inspite of telling us that ki buy a new one get a discount on that ac plzz .if people are spending there money on ther want or on need the company should perform their job is a well manner, relaibility on brand is more effective than the price of product . satisfaction should be there as compared to the cost. other things are complemantry.
