Dear prospective purchaser of Onida AC - The Onida service is third party contract in Mangalore, Udupi and Coondapur. Other places, I don’t know. The Service is worst. If you report the problem in Summer, will be rectified in Winter. The technicians are lay man without knowing any thing about AC. Pl. don’t waste your money.
