The washing machine worked ok for about a month. Than water started leaking from the bottom.On repeated complain to the company’s service center there was no response.
After a few days the automatic system stopped working. Only one mode would work, again repeated complains to the company service center was of no use. at last had to call local mechanic to fix it and had to pay Rs 2, 500 for the repair.
I would request all viewers not to buy this product as this model is an absolute model and the spares are not available in the market. I had to do a lot of running and the spares of different machine had to be fitted with major changes. Hence I don’t want you, friends, to go through the same ordeal which I had to suffer. buy any other brand not this.
