I have a Onida automatic washing machine. One day it was making abnormal sound . I lodged complaint at there service centre. After 3 days of follow-up, engineer visited and informed that water level equipment is faculty due to which it is making sound. After his visit, I follow-up with company for one year for the part replacement.
There service is pathetic. I wrote emails to their management, customer care but never found reply.
At last, it got repaired after complte one year.
