I am stuck with a set, which intermittently keeps switching off! Apparently this is some safety feature, but what the hell.can you really enjoy a movie if your set keeps tripping every 10-15 minutes.
When I complained about this to the one and only service centre at Rejendra Nagar, Delhi(can’t even call it a service centre, one technician visits the place once a week!) during the warranty period, they just brushed it aside saying that this could happen in high humidity etc.etc. I am sure it may be a simple setting problem or something, but looks like the intention is to fleece the customer for a simple problem, knowing that I cannot take the set anywhere else for repairs.
Friends.stay away from Onkyo, whatever be the temptation. Sound and all is fine, but if you have a service issue.you are gone!
